Simple and easy to use

This app is crazy slow and I don't understand the need for it since I seem to be able to manage my Asia Miles through the much better-designed Cathay app. Oh – it occurs to me that Cathay is not the only airline that offers Asia Miles. That's probably why this app exists: for patrons of other Asia Miles carriers. But while it seems to work better now than it has in the past judging from the reviews I read here, it's still a very primitive and slow app that I'm just going to get rid of until I see some distinct need for it.

Would very much appreciated and make the app more user friendly and helpful if something can be done for the process of searching an award flight. Right now, it is very difficult to find. Once found, it take 5 steps to get to it every time restarting the app. Thank you.

Why is a Facebook account - the most privacy invasive company- required for wellness journey? Surely, you can provide better alternatives- or are you selling our data to fb/meta?

Everything on this app has a problem with it. Asia miles is the worst airline rewards program on the market today, if I didn’t fly Cathey so often then I would never use them. Big thumbs down.

I would expect this app to have an easier way of tracking bookings, and upgrades/waitlists. Instead, there are lots of ads and promos. To see the status of any reward, it seems you have to log in to separate airline sites, instead of that info being collected and contained in one useful place.

Unusable design. The first page of Claim Missing Miles will obscure the Ticket number that you type by displaying the keyboard on top so you cannot see what you type. App Crashes when you accidentally select the wrong fare class and try to close.

Is this App even working???

Among other things although it supports Face ID - it makes you re-login for most activities. Also the process of searching for and booking award travel starts in the app defined workflow before just giving up and sending you to a webpage. Why even bother? The only reason this app gets 2 stars is because it is better than earlier versions which were obviously written by a high school comp science club on contract.

Tried to register quite a few past airline tickets mileage Kept getting error messages They finally replied but only credited one of the flights not my others Now have to try again and again Really buggy and a huge hassle to use this app

I’ve never seen an app that tries so hard to sell you stuff and make you “earn” miles but never tells you how to redeem them. The miles eventually expire and you are left with nothing. They spam you and badger you. And the password reset is cumbersome

my password is random 24 character and you don't allow copy paste on password field. super stupid modification. I'll rate 1 star every update from now on every version

Not compatible with keepass. Not practical without copy paste from password manager

Sooo disappointed. Difficult to logout. Need to keep re-entering member number. Can't redeem flights etc etc. Overall awful feature functionality. Big Cathay pacific fan, such a shame this spoils their loyalty program.

Still no Touch ID, no Passbook, have to keep logging in with a long numeric ID. Whoever created this should quit the profession.

The app crashes upon login. Even after reinstalling and rebooting the iPhone, the app continues to crash when trying to login. I am on an iPhone 6 running iOS 9.0.1.

How can a modern company especially like this don't have a stable iOS app! Plz fix the crash a log in!!!!!

I've no idea I even couldn't log on with my correct user name and password - that i could use to get on the web pages. I tried many times and seems to give off

It doesn't make checking miles easier- enter 10 digit membership account then 8 digit pass code Everytime ? Maybe AM will improve this? what am I thinking- Asia miles is a hassle to work with & up charges for everything!

How come I have to re-type my asiamiles number each time I want to access my account? I can see my asiamiles card, with my account number on it, yet I can't copy the account number and I have to re type it to login my account!!

Get mileblaster to check your miles balance

Disappointed because I tried every tab inside the app but cannot even check mileage balance. Need to add the basic.

Useful only for finding participating businesses nearby, but not for much else. Why isn't there a way to display your account information ie. Your balance?
